Yolanda, Wife, Mother, Serial-Entrepreneur, Author, Certified Business & Transformation Life Coach and Lover of EVERYTHING Life!

Yolanda, is known as a "Come Here" to the Westmoreland County Area...having recently transitioned from Southern Maryland as a Community Health Manager, Yolanda, immediately noticed a void in the area of services to support our Aging Population AND Adults with Intellectual Disabilities that expanded beyond Medical Care services.

Yolanda is Founder and CEO of Angel Care Community Services and host of other businesses aimed at seeing others succeed!
​
Yolanda truly has a true genuine heart of Gold and sincerely wants what’s best for everyone she comes in contact with.
In such, Angel Care Community Services was Born! with a Mission of empowering local families to succeed. Through Angel Care Community Services, she hopes to bridge the gap between access to affordable resources and the families in our Communities. Angel Care Community Services aims to serve the 4 main sectors of a family unit: Seniors, Youth, Parents (Men and Women).

She LOVES to get her Community together through local Free events in the Community, hosting their infamous Annual CommUNITY Fun Day aimed at providing Free Bookbags and School Supplies to families in need each school year.
When not working on something! Yolanda truly enjoys spending time with her family; relaxing by the water, trying out new restaurants or just simply hitting the road with her Husband.
Faced with a past of traumas, failures, setbacks, downfalls, Mistakes and abound, Yolanda truly understands firsthand that nobody is perfect but through the Grace of God you can overcome ANYTHING!

Karen Reed
Caregiver Personal Care Manager
Karen, a Westmoreland County Native is a graduate of the towns' Washington & Lee High School. Karen has held a host of service jobs from cosmetologist to engineering and even a teacher! However in 2016 Karen found her Heart and Passion in Healthcare and obtained her CNA licensure. Karen says she "Truly loves the benefits that being a CNA has brought, by being able to help people"
Karen, a wife and mom of 2 wonderful young men; loves to cook and is an avid animal lover! She brings to our Agency an infectious bubbly sweet personality and a TRUE PASSION for care!

Catherine Haley
Client Personal Care Manager
Always SMILING and willing to Serve! Catherine welcomes in each and every Client with a warm Angel Care hospitality as our Client Personal Care Manager.
Cathy, as she is affectionately called, made Westmoreland County her home 20 years ago from Prince George's County, MD. She resides in Colonial Beach with her teenage son. Cathy brings with her years of direct patient care experience as a Personal Care Aide in Home and Hospice settings for family, friends and area residents.
