When Angel Care first entered Westmoreland County, there were no structured after-school programs or youth outlets. Families needed support. Teens needed direction. The community needed resources.
So we did what Angel Care does.

How Did We Do It?
Change did not happen overnight.
Through community meetings, local events, networking efforts, and collaboration with Parents of Westmoreland (POW), we built awareness around the need for structured youth programs.
