Westmoreland County is getting a MUCH NEEDED After-School Program!! But we NEED YOUR HELP! They say it takes a Village...Missions of this magnitude will take the Village of supportive parents and citizens of Westmoreland County who desire to SEE positive change for our Youth in the Community.

Parents of Westmoreland (POW); a tight knit, positive, loving commUNITY of Parents, Grandparents, Residents and Community Leaders and their youth who are participating in the Angel Brothers/Angel Sisters Mentoring Program.
POW stands to serve as your firsthand direct support in the Community!
